This Privacy Policy explains how the SWELL Android app (“App”) handles information.

What the App does

SWELL is a CRM client app used to manage leads and related CRM data. The App connects to the SWELL backend service to display and update CRM information.

Information the App accesses

• Call state (limited use): When a user initiates a phone call from within the App, the App detects when the call ends in order to show the relevant lead for follow-up. The App does not record calls.
• Network access: The App communicates with the SWELL backend to load and update lead data.
• Notifications: The App may display CRM-related notifications when enabled by the user.

Information stored

• On the device: Login/session information and app preferences.
• On SWELL servers: CRM data such as leads and updates created by the user while using the App.

Data sharing

• The App does not sell personal data.
• The App does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

Data security

The App uses standard Android security mechanisms and communicates with SWELL servers over the network.

User control

• You can log out to remove stored session data from the device.
• You can manage notifications through app and system settings.
